These are LONG TERM PICKS – for short term, all of these companies can go down or up. Do NOT trade options with these companies as their price movement can be all over the place, especially during earnings. The overall market is down, especially higher growth sectors like tech. And volatility is everywhere.
My take on investing: Under 10% of portfolio in individual companies, 90%+ in index funds. Picking stocks is inherently not the smartest move! Long term investing in the market IS the smart move.

Solid video, Charlie. The stocks I would double down on from your list are AXP, DRI & GOOG. I have both DRI and GOOG within my portfolio. DRI I bought back in 2020 during their March of 2020 lows and man oh man did I get a great return. I may buy more, but I am focused on a couple other positions right now. In regards to GOOG, I just picked up shares before it jumped in price, buy in was around $104… AXP is going to see momentum as well, but I am more a fan of Visa at the right price…
I< remember when I just got into crypto back in 2017 but later in 2018 I ended up selling it because I was dumb and I didn't understand it. I studied and learned and now I know how it works. Got back into crypto early in 2021 and looks like we have the same mentality, I admit that seeing a -50% hurts but it's not a realized loss until you sell. Now I buy and just trade and I'm super picky who I listen too for crypto analysis..with Carolyn Halles in few weeks, I have made over 22BTC with Carolyn Halles Signal in few weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish.

This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon

Due to the size of these assets ($53 million) the company expects an opening share price of around $5. In the terms of the spinoff HNRC shareholders of record prior to the end of Q3 will receive $1.75 worth of equity in the new company for every HNRC share they own
